1. Find an example of a Kirigami artwork that embodies your concept. ----------------------------------> 2. Describe the artwork... As if you were describing it to someone who couldn't see it. There is a shiny orangey paper that is shiny. It's shininess is very reflective and shiny. This shiny paper has been folded into a shiny fox. The shiny fox has nine shiny tails. Each one of the tails are shiny. Each tail has a shiny reflection. The shiny tails give off a shiny orange glow. The colour of the artwork is orange. The texture is indeed shiny. There is a symmetrical balance within it's shiny body and (shiny) tail. The low light showing emphasizes it's shininess. It is very shiny. 3. Discuss why you choose this artwork. Because it is a Kitsune and it is shiny. 4. Discuss what you would change about this artwork and why. Maybe have it shiny on the inside too. 5. What do you plan on creating with your Kirigami example? A scenery. | Kyubi-no Kitsune by noobenjy_origami on Flickr "Benjamin Lainé" Original: by Guspath Go metallic paper 35cm |
